Studio Rahul is an independent website-design studio. If we reached out to you, we used a small amount of publicly available business-contact information to offer you a redesigned version of your website. This page explains exactly what we hold, why, and how to have it removed — in one click.
Who we are
Studio Rahul (“we”, “us”) — an independent website-design studio run by Rahul Soni. For any privacy question or request, email rahul@studiorahul.com. We are the data controller for the information described below.
What data we hold
- Business contact details — typically a business email address, and sometimes a phone number or public social profile — gathered from your own website or public business listings.
- Public information about your website — its content, structure, and design, which we used to build a preview of a redesigned version.
- Basic message/engagement data — whether an outreach message was delivered or replied to, and whether you asked to be removed.
We do not collect special-category data, and we do not buy, sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
We contact businesses (not consumers) to offer a professional service that is directly relevant to them — a redesign of a site they already operate. In the EU/UK we rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for this limited B2B outreach, balanced against your interests, and we make opting out effortless. Where a country requires prior consent for business email (e.g. Germany, Italy, Austria), we do not cold-email businesses there — we reach out only via channels permitted in that market, or not at all.
The preview we built
Any redesign preview we created is an unsolicited concept, hosted on a non-indexed
(noindex) link, not affiliated with or endorsed by your business. It exists only to show you what a
rebuild could look like. Ask us and we take it down — see Unsubscribe & removal.
How long we keep it
We keep the minimal contact record only as long as needed for the outreach, and no more than 12 months after our last contact — after which it’s deleted, unless you’ve asked us to keep you on a suppression list so we never contact you again (that single record we keep precisely so we can honour your request).
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, restrict or object to its use, or delete it entirely. The fastest route is the removal form — one click stops all contact and takes down any preview within 48 hours. You may also email rahul@studiorahul.com, and you have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Storage & security
Data is stored on reputable cloud infrastructure with access limited to Studio Rahul. Previews are served over HTTPS and marked non-indexable so they don’t appear in search engines.
